Does Renteze.com Membership need to be renewed?
Yes, Renteze.com Membership is for a full year for only $35.00. You must be a current member to retain private page and any rental ads.
What is the cost of a 30 day rental ad?
Self entry only $29.95
must pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) from web site
Must enter all unit information, pictures, and remove (park) from web site
OR Assisted entry only $39.95 for people not comfortable with computers

Why two prices?
Renteze.com is all about ease for everyone. Even though the web site is designed for ease of information entry, some people do not want or feel comfortable without assistance. Members can interchange between self or assisted entry with each unit listing.
Assisted entries are limited to 5 parked rental ads before a paid listing.
What is a parked rental ad?
All Renteze.com Members have their own private page to hold or park rental ads. This allows information to be quickly edited and listed. There is no cost until a rental ad becomes active.
Self entry members may insert up to 50 parked rental ads.
Assisted entry members may have up to 5 parked rental ads before a paid listing.
What happens if I have an annual Renteze.com Membership but do not need to purchase a rental ad for that year?
Best policy is to be prepared; you were smart enough to be ready which cost only the annual membership fee.
Am I able to prepare parked unit listings by either computer or call-in rental ads and not be charged?
Yes, your membership includes a free private page for you to park your rental ads without charge until needed. So when each of your units are available that particular rental ad can be quickly updated and listed.
A maximum of 5 free parkings between paid listings for assisted entry.
Fees are due immediately upon each activation of each rental ad.
Is there a discount if the unit is rented in less than 30 days?
The rental ads are for a maximum of 30 days. There is no discount once the rental listing begins. This aids in simplicity and ultimately keeps cost down.
Can I keep an active rental ad on Renteze.com once the unit is leased?

What if we already have a web site for our properties?
Not a problem, exposure is the key, but; if there is a link to your home rental web site in your Renteze.com all individual rental ad it MUST be linked back to Renteze.com
Must only link to own rental site, all models must be listed on Renteze.com separately, CANNOT link to other sites or services violations will result in deleted active listing and/or immediate cancellation of membership.
We have an apartment model available are we able to list that on Renteze.com?
Yes, a model may be listed as long as there are like units available. The model would be listed as a continuing rental ad. Continuing rental ads are automatically renewed every 30 days.
What is a Continuing Rental?
A Continuing Rental is one that is listed annually. This is designed for models, storage units, and vacant listings where duplicates will be available year round
The great thing is price is only $24.00 per month with a prepaid total of $288.00. Same great ease of search only difference is it will not be on most current list.
We have numerous units that are identical can we have an active listing for each?
No, units that are identical cannot be listed separately, only if they are different.
